Returns
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition, including tags and packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories—such as intimate wear, customized items, and discounted or sale products—may not be eligible for return.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges in cases of size issues, color variation, or manufacturing defects.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
All exchange items are subject to availability and quality inspection upon receipt.
Refunds
Once a returned item passes our quality check, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
Any shipping or handling charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
